Terms & Conditions

By using this website or placing an order with MHER Resin Studio, you agree to these terms. Please read them along with our Shipping, Returns and Privacy policies.

Every piece is handmade, so no two are exactly alike. Product photos are a guide only — your piece may differ slightly in colour, pattern, flake placement or finish.

• Small bubbles and natural swirls are part of the handmade character
• Colours may look different depending on your screen
• Natural inclusions such as dried flowers vary from piece to piece

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept Cash on Delivery only. Delivery is Rs. 250 per order and free on orders above Rs. 5,000. Prices may change without notice, but the price confirmed at the time of your order will be honoured.

An order is accepted once we confirm it with you by WhatsApp or phone. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, fraudulent or that we are unable to confirm.

Custom pieces are made specially for each customer. Refusing a confirmed Cash on Delivery parcel causes a loss for our small studio. Customers with refused or unreachable deliveries may be asked to confirm or pay delivery charges in advance on future orders, or may be unable to order again.

Please check the spelling of names, dates and other details carefully before confirming. We will create your piece exactly as confirmed and cannot be responsible for errors in the details you provide.

All designs, photographs, text and branding on this website belong to MHER Resin Studio. They may not be copied, reproduced or used for commercial purposes without our written permission. Custom designs remain the creative work of the studio, and we may share photos of finished pieces on our social media unless you ask us not to.
