Shipping Policy

Every MHER Resin Studio piece is handmade after your order is confirmed. Resin needs time to be poured, cured, sanded and polished properly, so we never rush the process.

• Making time: 7–10 working days for custom pieces
• Courier delivery: 2–5 working days after dispatch
• Working days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays

After you place an order, we will contact you on WhatsApp or by phone to confirm your details and any personalisation. Production begins only after confirmation, and making time is counted from that day.

If we are unable to reach you within 48 hours, your order may be put on hold or cancelled.

We charge a flat delivery fee of Rs. 250 per order anywhere in Pakistan. Orders above Rs. 5,000 are delivered free of charge.

We deliver nationwide through trusted courier partners. Delivery to remote or hard-to-reach areas may take longer than the usual 2–5 working days.

Once your parcel is dispatched, we will share your courier tracking number by WhatsApp or SMS so you can follow its journey.

Occasionally, weather, public holidays, courier backlogs or high seasonal demand (such as Eid and wedding season) can cause delays. We will always keep you updated if your order is running behind.

Please make sure your address and phone number are correct and that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. We recommend recording an unboxing video when you open your package, as it is required for any damage claim.
