Question 1

How long will my order take?

Accepted Answer

Each custom piece is handmade to order and takes 7–10 working days to create. Once dispatched, courier delivery usually takes a further 2–5 working days depending on your city.

Question 2

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we deliver to cities and towns across Pakistan through our courier partners. Some remote areas may take a little longer than usual.

Question 3

How much is delivery?

Accepted Answer

Delivery is a flat Rs. 250 per order, and completely free on orders above Rs. 5,000.

Question 4

How will I know when my order is dispatched?

Accepted Answer

We will message you on WhatsApp or SMS with your courier tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves the studio.

Question 5

Which payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only. You pay the courier in cash when your parcel arrives — no advance payment or card details required.

Question 6

Will you confirm my order before making it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Because every piece is made to order, we confirm each order by WhatsApp or phone call before we begin. Please keep your phone reachable after placing your order.

Question 7

Can I open the parcel before paying?

Accepted Answer

Courier policies usually do not allow opening a parcel before payment. Please pay the rider, then record an unboxing video while opening — this helps us resolve any damage claim quickly.

Question 8

What happens if I refuse a COD parcel?

Accepted Answer

Custom pieces are made specially for you, so refusing a confirmed order causes a real loss to a small studio. Repeated refusals may mean we ask for confirmation before accepting future orders.

Question 9

What can I personalise?

Accepted Answer

Names, initials, dates, colours, flowers, gold flakes and small keepsakes can be added to most pieces. Share your idea and we will suggest what works best for the design.

Question 10

Will I see the design before you make it?

Accepted Answer

For personalised pieces we confirm the name spelling, colours and layout with you on WhatsApp before pouring, so there are no surprises.

Question 11

Can I send my own flowers or keepsakes?

Accepted Answer

Yes, preserved wedding or nikkah flowers and small keepsakes can be added. Flowers must be fully dried first — message us and we will guide you on how to send them.

Question 12

Can I change my order after confirming?

Accepted Answer

Small changes are possible within 24 hours of confirmation. After the pour has started, the design can no longer be changed.

Question 13

Are resin coasters heat-safe?

Accepted Answer

They can handle a warm mug of chai or coffee for a short while, but please never place boiling pots, pans or kettles directly on resin.

Question 14

How do I clean my resin piece?

Accepted Answer

Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away. Avoid the dishwasher, harsh chemicals and alcohol-based cleaners.

Question 15

Will my piece turn yellow?

Accepted Answer

All resin can slowly warm in tone over time, especially in strong sunlight. Keeping your piece out of prolonged direct sun helps it stay clear for much longer.

Question 16

Can I return a custom piece?

Accepted Answer

Custom and personalised pieces are made only for you, so they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or are not what you ordered.

Question 17

What if my order arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

Please report it within 48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video and clear photos on WhatsApp (+92 328 6420747) or email (aqsahanif165@gmail.com). We will repair, remake or replace it.

Question 18

Are small bubbles or colour differences a defect?

Accepted Answer

No. Tiny bubbles, subtle swirls and slight colour variations are a natural part of handmade resin and make each piece one of a kind.

Question 19

Do you take bulk or wedding orders?

Accepted Answer

Yes — nikkah and wedding favours, event giveaways and corporate gifts are welcome. Message us with the quantity, design idea and event date for a quote.

Question 20

How early should I place a wedding order?

Accepted Answer

We recommend contacting us at least 3–4 weeks before your event. Larger quantities may need more time, so the earlier the better.

Question 21

Is there a discount on bulk orders?

Accepted Answer

Bulk orders may receive special pricing depending on quantity and design. Delivery is free on any order above Rs. 5,000.

Question 22

Can bulk orders be paid by Cash on Delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes. For large bulk or wedding orders we confirm all details with you in writing before production begins, and payment is collected on delivery.
