01Everyday cleaning
Resin is durable, but it loves a gentle touch. Wipe your piece with a soft, slightly damp cloth and dry it straight away with a clean, lint-free cloth.
- Never put resin in the dishwasher
- Do not soak pieces in water for long periods
- Avoid scrubbers, abrasive sponges and rough cloths
02Avoid harsh chemicals
Bleach, acetone, nail polish remover, alcohol-based cleaners, sanitiser and strong detergents can dull or cloud the surface. Mild soap and water is all your piece needs.
03Heat and hot drinks
Resin can soften or mark with high heat, so keep it away from temperatures above roughly 50°C.
- A warm cup of chai or coffee on a coaster for a short time is fine
- Never place boiling pots, pans, kettles or irons directly on resin
- Keep pieces away from stoves, ovens, heaters and hot car dashboards
04Sunlight and yellowing
All resin naturally warms in tone over time, and strong UV light speeds this up. Keep your piece out of prolonged direct sunlight — away from sunny windowsills — to help it stay clear for longer.
05Jewellery and keychains
Store resin jewellery separately in a soft pouch or box so it doesn't get scratched by metal pieces. Remove jewellery before swimming, bathing or applying perfume and lotions.
06Handling with care
Resin is strong but not unbreakable. Dropping a piece on a hard floor can chip or crack it, especially at thin edges and corners. Larger pieces such as trays and Rehals should be lifted from the base.
07Restoring the shine
Light surface scratches are normal with everyday use. If your piece loses its shine, message us on WhatsApp (+92 328 6420747) and we'll happily share tips to bring it back.
